Our People

The framework is shaped and challenged by a panel of specialists.

The Steering Group covers organisational psychology, accessibility and inclusive practice, AI ethics, and frontline social work. Its remit is the method: the lenses, the question set, and how results are scored. Members review before use and can require changes. They are not given access to any organisation's results or identifiable employee responses.

How the model works

Three controls, applied from the first cohort onwards

The Steering Group provides challenge to how we measure. Its remit is the method: the lenses, the question set, and how results are scored, not individual organisations' results or identifiable employee responses.

  • Panel review

The framework, question set, and scoring approach are reviewed by the Steering Group before they are used with organisations.

  • Two-person countersignature

A methodology change takes two named signatories. Both are named on the record.

  • Recorded decisions

If the method changes, the reasoning and the signatories are recorded.

Challenge built in from the start.

Founding cohort places are open now. The first five organisations join free.
