Anonymity respected by design
Employee contributions are structured, anonymised and grouped, never attributed to an individual. Where a team is too small for that to hold, we don't pretend otherwise. A facilitated conversation replaces the scored survey.
The method is reviewed and challenged
The framework, question set and scoring approach are reviewed by a panel of specialists before they're used with organisations, with real authority to require changes. A methodology change takes two named signatories.

Measures the environment, not just the sentiment.
Leadership perspective and real employee experience are captured side by side across six connected lenses (Expectations, Process, Culture, Experience, Accessibility, Communication) and read as one system. Every finding is traced to the process, expectation or cultural norm behind it, and comes back as a prioritised plan: what's working, what's creating friction, what's at risk, and what to do about it, per lens.
Adjustment Log
Keeps the record of what was requested, discussed and decided.
Adjustment requests, consultation notes and management decisions are logged with the exact date and time, with the reasoning recorded alongside each decision. The record stays intact when a manager changes or a team restructures, and you can export a clear chronological history at any time.
